Standard Int'l Postage shipment from the UK hasn’t arrived after a month — what should I do?

Good morning,On March 25 I ordered and paid by card for a book from the UK worth 9.38 pounds (= 52.12 PLN). It was shipped by the Seller the next day, but since then, nothing... I haven't received a tracking link, I've been waiting for over a month and I don't know what's happening with it. I'm worried that I'll ask the Seller for a refund, and then the item will arrive after some time and I'll be charged some costs.Could someone advise me on what to do in such a situation?

Open a dispute on eBay saying you did not receive the package. In the transaction details on "My eBay" there is a link to do it.

You will receive a refund. If the package arrives after the fact, you can make the payment in a way that won’t cost you anything. The seller should then take the initiative if they care, and if they don’t, forget the whole thing, nothing will happen to you.
