The buyer wants to return the item, shipping to the USA cost 20 PLN, eBay says you need to buy a label, where? how? can the buyer send it through USPS?

·3 years agoeBay means a label bought on eBay, but on eBay you can only buy labels for domestic shipping. You can't buy one for international shipping.
The buyer can send it back by post or another carrier, but they must buy the label from the carrier. It depends on how heavy the item is, but the return shipping cost can be much higher than 20 zł.
