How do I open a case? I bought 9 postcards, each for 5–8 eur. The seller packed them in a regular envelope. Fate had it that the postman brought the letter soaking wet, because it’s been pouring for the past few days. Basically, that’s the only reason I decided to record the moment when I open the letter and check it. It turned out that the most interesting and most expensive one isn’t inside. I wrote to the seller and nothing. On eBay it shows that the letter will be with me in a few days and I can’t open a dispute. All the postcards were supposedly sent together. The same tracking number. So there can be no question that the letter hasn’t reached me yet. Could someone be waiting until I forget? I got the item yesterday and I’d like to report it as soon as possible. Unfortunately I didn’t pay with PayPal 😞 has anyone of you had something similar?
