Filter pitcher - customs duty and tax

Hello. I’d like to buy a water filter jug from the USA. It’s being sold by a private person, and together with the delivery cost, the total price is 97 dollars. How does customs duty and tax work when delivering to Poland? Does anyone know what the costs are? Best regards

I’ll just add that if shipping is being handled through the eBay International program, then at that amount the matter will be clear when the transaction fee is charged (VAT should be added). If not, it’s worth finding out who will be delivering the parcel in Poland, because courier companies have their own specific additional customs and forwarding fees.

There is no customs duty up to 150 euros.

eBay will collect VAT, but if they calculate it again at the border, which happens, then upon presenting proof of payment eBay will refund the VAT collected.
