Do I have to pay customs duty and tax if the seller didn't include it in the listing? Shipping from outside the EU to Po
Hello.
I would like to buy an item on eBay from the U.S. with shipping to Poland (price around $320). This listing does not include customs duties and tax. (As is the case in similar auctions) Does this mean that I will have to pay these charges in my country? And do I have to handle the customs clearance myself, or will I receive a notification from the Customs Office?
