bad offer
Hi.
I have a question. I bought a product on German eBay. The product arrived, but it wasn’t the one that was listed because the seller claims the listing was mistaken. In this situation, does the seller have to send me the item I originally bought, or can they withdraw from the transaction?

·3 years agothe only sure way to get your money back or the correct product is to open a dispute on eBay saying the purchase doesn’t match the description and not close it until the problem is resolved.

OP3 years agoI'll also add that this isn't a private seller, just a shop that operates in person and on eBay.
