I have a question.. The account I set up as a business account was blocked, however I do not agree with this decision, and when trying to submit an appeal, I only receive automated feedback. We are an international company that has been on the market for 20 years. We decided to sell cosmetics in Europe on your platform.

When setting up the account at the end of February, we learned that there were sales limits. We increased them so we could list all our cosmetics. However, we were not aware that the limit applied to only one country. Because of that, we used up the entire limit only for Poland. Wanting to sell in Germany and the United Kingdom as well, we decided to list a few of our bestsellers in each country in order to make the most of the given limit. We did not even manage to sell a single product. To do that, we had to remove all the listings we had put in for Poland. Shortly after, we received a message that our account had been suspended and that appealing the decision is not possible.

When trying to contact them from the business account, I only received the same message, copied over and over. I believe this decision is completely unfounded, because we did nothing that could violate community standards - we were only trying to meet the limits imposed by you. Nowhere was there any information that deleting all listings at once would result in account suspension. If we had known that, we would have done it differently.

I tried writing from a personal account, but they say it is not linked and that I should write from the business one, but there is another automated response there.

What can I do to get our account unblocked? Is there another way for me to list the business products?
