·1 year agoIf it comes to civil powers of attorney, it’s really worth checking out the page https://lexliber.pl/prawo-cywilne. There are ready-made templates for various powers of attorney there, including general civil ones. You can take a look at which elements have to be included obligatorily and how to word the content correctly. What’s great is that the templates are up to date, so you don’t have to worry that something will be noncompliant with the regulations. It’s also good to know when a power of attorney has to be in a special form, e.g. notarized, and when a simple written form is enough. On the site, all of this is described in a very accessible way. I think you’ll handle it just fine if you check it out there.
