Putting the house up for sale
I'm selling a house in a town near Kraków and I'm wondering whether to list it on nationwide portals or maybe local ones. The house is in a quiet area 15 km from the center of Kraków. Where should I look for buyers for this type of property?

What caught my eye were houses for sale in the Beskids, but the prices in some places really surprised me. I'm wondering what accounts for such big differences in price for similar square footage. Has anyone here bought a house there recently and can advise what to watch out for most?
