I also learned from mistakes. Castor oil and egg yolk don’t work for me precisely because they weighed my hair down a lot. But coconut oil and honey are a godsend for my thick hair. And changing to a shampoo suited for scalp psoriasis has been hugely important for me too: https://gemini.pl/psorisel-szampon-na-luszczyce-skory-glowy-200-ml-0098900 Worth buying because it’s really good.
OMO, yes, it does affect hair well if the products are chosen properly. Some people from the hair group and the group for curly-haired people, after using this method, complain about increased hair loss 😞 And that’s because they are weighed down more
I’ve had scalp psoriasis for over 20 years and never had any problems with my hair. Until I developed seborrheic dermatitis and took mtx for a year, it was coming out in handfuls. Once I came across info about the OMO routine (conditioner-wash-conditioner), and since then my hair condition has improved a lot. The first mask I make myself is usually coconut oil, honey, and lemon. The second is a regular store-bought one for damaged hair. For washing I use shampoos from the Psorisel line. It helped me, maybe it’ll help someone else too
