Renting a plot for a warehouse
I have a 2 ha industrial plot near Częstochowa with a paved yard and fencing. I'm looking for a tenant; I'm interested in renting it out as a parking lot for trucks, an outdoor storage yard, or a similar use. I don't know where to post such an ad because it's non-standard, not a hall, not an office. Which portals have such a category?

·5 months agoIndustrial plots for rent are a specific category, and not every portal handles them well. It’s worth looking for sites that have a separate category for commercial and industrial plots, instead of throwing everything into one basket. The description needs to highlight what matters for such a tenant: access to the main road, whether TIR trucks can enter, whether there is electricity and water, fencing and security. With that volume of plots, it’s also worth contacting shipping and logistics companies in the region directly.
