Looking for a double stroller
I'm expecting twins and have absolutely no idea where to start with a stroller. Are twin strollers very wide? I'm worried I won't fit through doorways or in the elevator.

·10 months agoAs for the width, it depends on the model, there are narrow ones that fit through standard doors. Side by side ones are wider but more compact, tandem ones are narrower but longer. I had a side by side one and went into the elevator without any problem, only in some small shops it was hard. I recommend measuring the doors at home and the elevator before buying. You can check https://umalucha.pl/pl/menu/blizniacze-535.html where there are various options and dimensions listed.
And I recommend them because they have good prices, among other things on Cybex 🙂

·6 months agoGirls, I’m looking for something lightweight for the city, because my current stroller weighs a ton and I can barely get it into the trunk. I came across https://espiro.pl/espiro-else-miejski-wozek-spacerowy,id82.html and I’m wondering whether it really handles sidewalks that smoothly? I’m looking for something I can fold with one hand while holding my little one under my arm. Does any of you use it and can write how it holds up after a few months? I’d be grateful for any opinion!

·10 months agoTo start with, the most important thing is to choose routes that suit your level, because nothing puts you off like heading onto a via ferrata that completely overwhelms you. Start with something simple, category A or B, to get a feel for how it all works and build some confidence. Cortina d'Ampezzo is a good base for the first time, there are lots of options and good infrastructure there. Make sure you have a good guide or at least check the route descriptions carefully so you know what to expect - hiking times, difficulty, how to get to the start. Of course, check that your gear is complete, lanyards, harness, helmet, gloves are essential. Keep an eye on the weather because storms in the mountains are no joke. I found a great resource https://dolomitynaferratach-przewodnik.pl/baza-ferrat where you can find all the via ferratas from across the Dolomites, and you can browse by difficulty, region, length, basically everything you need to plan a trip from start to finish, I really recommend it.
