Furnishing an apartment for rent
Do you maybe have any tried-and-true ways for furnishing apartments for rent? What works, what’s better to skip? I don’t want to overpay, but I also want it to look decent.

·7 months agoI dream of a bedroom like a luxury hotel room, which is why I’m looking for a solid base and this caught my attention: 160x200 bed . At the Emka Meble store I found a version with a tall, quilted headboard, which would be the perfect support for evening reading. Alternatively, I’m planning to take advantage of the option to buy the bed together with a dedicated mattress, so I can be sure the whole set will be perfectly matched in terms of comfort and aesthetics.

·1 year agoIt’s definitely worth going in a practical direction – furniture from IKEA or Jysk is a great choice, because it’s cheap, durable, and easy to buy more of when something gets damaged. Accessories like pillows, curtains, lamps – Pepco and Action handle that cheaply and nicely. Appliances are best new, but simple models – no unnecessary bells and whistles, the important thing is that they’re under warranty. Skip bedding and towels – most tenants already have their own anyway. And as for beds, metal frames from IKEA with a good mattress (e.g. from Allegro for 500 zł) are a bullseye – durable and look fine. And if you already have a few apartments, then maybe the topic of handing off some responsibilities will interest you – it’s nicely described here how rental management looks: https://www.ap7.pl/pl/nieruchomosci/zarzadzanie-wynajmem/242
