Hello. If you do it yourself, it’s a huge saving. Just one thing. Will you be doing it yourself or with a crew - if your walls are built nice and straight, glue the boards on adhesive ridges - like tiles. It holds like a tile. You won’t pull the whole thing off, only in small pieces, there’s no gap behind the board plus skim coat included in the price
