·2 weeks agoThey matter a lot, because without them HR often isn’t sure whether the employee actually absorbed the material or just “clicked through” the course screens. The automatic test builder lets you immediately link the quiz to a specific training, set the passing threshold and number of attempts, and the results go straight into the system, so there’s no need to manually compare answers with the list of participants.
