Payment terminal in a small service point
I run a small service shop (repairing consumer electronics) and I'm wondering whether it's worth investing in a payment terminal. Customers are asking more and more often whether they can pay by card, but on the other hand, it's an extra cost. Do you have any experience with this?

·1 year agoI have a similar service point and I hesitated for a long time, but in the end I decided to get a terminal. There are so many customers paying by card now that it would be hard to ignore them. What’s interesting is that since I got the terminal, fewer people try to mess around with small change and service goes faster. There are also no problems with change or looking for an ATM nearby. After a year you can see whether it pays off, but for me it paid back quickly. Especially since more and more people don’t carry cash at all.
