Hello, I'm at the stage of talking with electrical companies. We'd also like to implement some smart solutions like Smart home (we don't want everything on an app because that's probably pointless). Of course, we're thinking about remote opening of the garage door, the driveway gate, and controlling external blinds.
Besides the above, what is really worth including in the design? I appreciate all suggestions. Best regards

Or the lights can be turned off if the sensors don’t detect you in the room for a longer time, or if you tell the automation to switch the house into night mode, it can turn off the lighting everywhere by itself, or set it to a low brightness so as not to wake other household members when you walk around the house after they’re already asleep.
