Online or brick-and-mortar store with GSM accessories
Hey, I’m wondering whether it’s better to open a phone accessories shop as a physical store or only online. It seems to me that the internet has a wider reach, but then the competition is huge. On the other hand, a physical store requires higher costs, but customers can buy something right away. What are your experiences?

·1 year agoIt depends on a lot of things, but looking at the situation, an online store seems easier to get started with, because you don’t have the cost of renting a premises. The problem is that online the competition is huge and it’s hard to stand out without good marketing. A brick-and-mortar store can work well if you find a location with a lot of foot traffic, e.g. in a mall or next to a GSM service shop. A lot of people buy accessories on impulse, e.g. when they break a cable or want a new case quickly. It’s worth considering combining the two options, because you can sell online but also have a small pickup point.
