Scanning and 3D printing

Hi,
I have an old part for a machine that broke, there are no more like it for sale. I'm thinking of 3D scanning it and printing a new one. Are there companies that offer 3D scanning and printing as a package? How much could that cost? The part is about 15 cm long.

Yes, many companies offer a complete service - scanning, possible model adjustments, and printing. Scanning such an item is probably 100-200 PLN, printing 50-150 PLN depending on the material. In total it may come to 200-400 PLN. Check https://druk-3d.net/ to see if they offer such a service or look for companies offering "custom 3d printing" with a scanning option. It’s important that the material is suitable for the application - if it’s a part working under load, you may need PETG or nylon instead of regular PLA.
