Kłodawa salt for the scalp – how do you use it for psoriasis?
I have a question – how do you use Kłodawa salt on the scalp? A bath is out of the question because I only have a shower What concentration, how much salt, what's the best way to apply it? I have scalp psoriasis and I’ve heard that salt can relieve the symptoms.

·1 year agoIt’s best to dissolve as much salt as the water will take – so you end up with a strong solution. You dunk your head (or pour it over yourself), put on plastic wrap and a towel. You sit with it for 20–30 minutes. I combine it with tar shampoo with ichthyol – it gives me relief for a few days.

·1 year agoOn the internet they say that 1 teaspoon per glass of water is enough. You can wash your scalp with this mixture every day. For moisturizing and removing scales, I recommend Psorisel emulsions

·1 year agoI once bought a shampoo bar with added Kłodawa salt and it was okay, but it only relieved things a little. When my psoriasis flared up, that’s when Psorisel liquid for the night really did the job – I use it every other day; before, the scales would come back literally after 1–2 days, now I’m at peace.
