Problem with VERO

Hello,
I have a problem with dishonest actions from the competition. I sell furniture on eBay UK. The graphics I use in my listings were created for me on commission. None of the competition uses such graphics.
The competition reports my listings through the VeRO program and my listings are removed. The company that reports them, note... is DISOLVED, meaning closed. A contact email is provided, but of course no one replies to emails.
I am in the process of registering my graphics with the IPO. When I get the certificate, I will appeal to eBay.
The problem is that one of my partners is being attacked nonstop by the same company, which is already closed, in the UK.. and unfortunately eBay recently did not even accept the IPO certificate.
How do you fight this? eBay doesn't care that the company reporting us is closed and doesn't respond to emails.
Below is an email from eBay:
We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our VeRO Design Right Policy. Infringing on a design right is not allowed
Your listing was reported by the rights owner listed below because it is infringing their registered design rights. Please contact the rights owner for more information about their design rights.
Thank you in advance for any help.
