Help choosing a heating source

I’m approaching the developer stage and I’m facing a choice of heating source. The house is about 140m2. Exterior insulation: 20cm graphite. Inside: 100% underfloor heating
There will be 3 people living in the house
For now, no photovoltaics

-pellet
-gas from a tank buried in the garden
- heat pump
Please help me choose what will generate the lowest heating maintenance costs in the house
Any helpful advice from people who use specific sources is welcome

·1 year agoAnd do you even have all the installations prepared? With a heat pump, the outdoor unit is often quite far from the indoor one
