Not just you at all! Tre Cime has something totally magical about it – those views, the space, the silence (sometimes crowds too, but you can get around them), all of that stays in your head for a long time. If you’re planning to go back, maybe this time try going up one of the via ferratas in the area? Even the easy Monte Paterno or the slightly harder Torre Toblin – they’re impressive, and you’re still in that same fairytale landscape. Take a look here, the via ferratas near Tre Cime are described really nicely: https://dolomitynaferratach-przewodnik.pl/baza-ferrat/tre-cime-di-lavaredo – maybe you’ll find something that turns that longing into a new plan
