Energy-absorbing barriers
Hello,
I have a CNC lathe and I need covers that will protect the guides from chips and coolant-lubricant. I’ve seen different types - accordion, telescopic, roller. Which option is the best? What do you recommend?

·5 months agoThe type of guard depends on the machine design and working conditions. Bellows-type ones are universal and cheaper, telescopic ones are more sealed but more expensive, roller ones are resistant to high temperatures. For CNC where there are chips and coolant, tight guards are best. Check out the offer https://wimed.pl/oslony-energochlonne/ where there are different types and applications. It’s important to choose the right guard for the type of machining.

As a result, lubrication systems operate more stably, even in difficult operating conditions.
