Buying a counterfeit watch - how to get your money back
Summary: idzik asked about getting his money back after buying a counterfeit watch, but the details of the discussion are unclear because no content was provided.
Hello
Here's the situation.
On 12/08 I bought a watch, I won the auction with no reserve price
The watch was purchased in Norway. After payment, contact with the seller was cut off.
After 3 days he marked the package as shipped.
However, something didn't seem right to me, so I took the photos to a watchmaker. He immediately pointed out several differences, confirming my suspicion that the watch is definitely not original.
The package still hasn't reached me. In this situation, what's the quickest way to get my money back?
Wait for the item? (VAT, customs duty and customs clearance costs will be added)...
Report that the item hasn't arrived?
Or maybe something else....
Many thanks for any advice
