Who in Poland will deliver a package from China?

I ordered a package from China through eBay. Its number starts with ES...D0N

It was shipped by some SpeedPak.

on 17track.net it says 2 times (2 days in a row): PL, PLkodMojejMiejscowosci, Delivery was attempted (not delivered). Earlier it was WER Warszawa.

I went to the post office serving my area and they sent me away with a slip of paper, saying they don't have such a parcel in their system and that it isn't for them. The thing is, they have a 2.1 rating on Google, so they're probably not trustworthy.

I emailed the courier (biuro@speedpak.net) and they replied that they don't handle shipments from China, and that it's just a coincidence of courier names.

Damn it. Who am I supposed to expect to deliver this package? Polish Post? 2 years ago when I ordered shipments from China there was no problem at all, somehow Polish Post took over those shipments from China. And now I don't understand how this works.

Can anyone help, does anyone know what I should do. Because the clock is ticking, I have to pick it up next week or it'll be lost.

When I ordered it I was sure Polish Post would deliver it, but now I have no idea who, where to write, etc.
