·1 year agoI also have an itchy scalp, it sometimes hurts, there’s no dandruff, my hair gets very oily and the shedding is awful. I also have iron deficiencies, so I’m supplementing for that. Are shampoos like Vichy Dercos suitable if there’s no dandruff, or do they dry out the scalp? My hair also gets very static. Oils make it worse, greasy, I read that you should emulsify them, i.e. a mask after the oil — which one? So as not to weigh the hair down? It gets static. How do I figure out this routine? I drink a lot of nettle tea — can it dry out the skin?
