We have ours placed in a little mini hallway by the bathroom and office. It won’t blow directly onto either the sofa or the dining table. We also considered putting it above the entrance hall door. In the bedrooms, above the doors. Generally, we wanted to avoid direct airflow onto the places where we spend the most time.
