What clothes for someone with eczema
I have atopic dermatitis and I've noticed that some clothes really irritate me. Especially synthetic materials or anything that rubs hard against the skin. Do you have any tips on what clothes are best to wear so as not to make the skin condition worse?

·1 year agoClothing made of cotton works best, but not all of it. Sometimes even cotton can irritate if it’s a bit rough or has some synthetic material mixed in. Avoid wool, because it often itches and can additionally dry out the skin. It’s also good to choose looser clothes so they don’t rub too much. And wash with gentle detergents, because regular powders can leave chemical residue on clothes. If you’re looking for something for skin care, here’s a link where you can find various products for AD: https://verdelove.pl/kategoria-produktu/problemy-skorne/atopowe-zapalenie-skory/ Changing my clothes and cosmetics helped me, so it’s worth experimenting.
