What are the causes of scalp psoriasis?
For the past few months my son (14 years old) has been having scalp problems – it’s flaky, itchy, and red patches appear. A dermatologist diagnosed psoriasis. I’m wondering what could be the cause and whether it’s worth looking for a problem deeper in the body too?

·1 year agoI have this shampoo from this company and this cream too – it helps me a lot. The symptoms are milder, it itches less, and the skin doesn’t flake as much. You can get it over the counter at most pharmacies, but it’s easiest to order online. Psorisel is the only thing I can use regularly without worrying that I’ll make things worse.

·1 year agoBlack cumin oil – both rubbed into the scalp and taken internally – helped my son a lot. He’s 14, and he also struggles with psoriasis. We went through tons of shampoos, but it was black cumin plus vitamin D3, omega, and a probiotic (we use the yellow Narum) that made the biggest difference. The doctor confirmed that you have to start with the gut. And for care, the Psorisel set worked best for us – safe and effective.
I ordered here:

·1 year agoGood morning, I’ve been struggling with psoriasis myself for years. Please have your son’s intestines and stomach examined – it’s best to do a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, of course under general anesthesia. Psoriasis often doesn’t start on the skin – it’s only a symptom of what’s happening inside the body. For me, improvement only began after the diagnosis of my intestines and starting treatment.
