How to effectively implement online training in a company?
I run a company with a dozen or so people, and it’s getting harder and harder to handle training “manually.” I’m thinking about some simple system for online training – no unnecessary bells and whistles, but so that everyone can work through the material, and I’d have visibility into who did what. Does anyone have experience with implementing something like this on a smaller scale?

·1 year agoIn smaller companies this works too, you just have to choose the right tool. The key is that it shouldn’t be overcomplicated – modules with materials, some end-of-course tests, and a simple reporting system are enough. I saw that HRcode builds training platforms that can scale – meaning they work both for big corporations and for smaller companies. What’s important is that they don’t push a ready-made solution, but build a system tailored to the company, so it can be adapted to a specific team and industry. Another nice thing is that you don’t need to have any IT on your side – they handle everything technically, so there’s no stress about configuration or maintenance. For me, it was a big time and nerve saver.
