Interior doors for the house
I have an apartment in a block of flats and I'm thinking about replacing the front door with something that does a better job of blocking noise. The noise from the stairwell is really noticeable, especially in the evenings. Has anyone tried doors like that and can say whether it makes any difference?

I wasn’t expecting a huge effect, but after installation the difference is really noticeable. Before, you could hear every knock in the stairwell, and now it’s just quiet. The doors are sturdy, with a special design and seals that block out sound. The installation wasn’t complicated, but I did have to wait a bit for it to be completed. Looking back, I don’t regret it, because the comfort has definitely improved.
