What should be used for rosacea?
Kobido massage and facial acupuncture, and rosacea - can you or can’t you?
I’ve been getting kobido massages for half a year, about once every 2-3 weeks. Recently I also started going for facial acupuncture, but… I have visible, broken capillaries, which have been much more noticeable for some time now
. Do you think the kobido massage and acupuncture have harmed me? Maybe you can recommend some other methods that will help me get back to my previous state?

·1 year agoRosacea-prone, sensitive, bruise-prone skin should skip kobido. It’s one of the gentler types of massages, which work better in such a case. I’m not naming specific ones, because these days even a regular classic massage can go by different names in different salons. Ask the masseuse/physio/beautician about a gentler massage. Also, as the friend above mentioned, skincare: https://acnerose.pl/produkt/pasta/ Be sure to buy the overnight paste from Acnerose.

·1 year agoYesterday I consulted my dermatologist about kobido - she advised against kobido, any kneading, pulling on the skin, because she says that after such treatments patients always come to her with a worsening of skin condition.
For me, a few capillaries also burst after the plasma treatment that was supposed to strengthen them. Maybe it would have strengthened them, but after the "corpses" that no longer wanted to absorb.
Overall, I think it’s probably best to focus on skincare; I saw very good results from a series of Acnerose products.
