What has actually helped you with rosacea?
Hey,
I'm looking for real stories from people who managed to deal with rosacea – especially ones who didn't end up with a long list of meds that did nothing. What actually helped, what treatment, supplements, skincare? And how long did it take to see improvement?

·10 months agoI also used Efracea for 2 months, plus ivermectin and clay once in a while. Besides treatment, I focused on a holistic approach – healthy eating, cutting out sugar, grains, dairy, supplementation with vitamins and anti-inflammatory ingredients. For skincare, I stick to максимально simple products – Acnerose works best for me. Thanks to that, my skin condition has normalized and I no longer have constant flare-ups.

·10 months agoFor me, Efracea worked – I took it for two months and that was enough. Before that, doctors had given me lots of different meds and ointments, but everything made my skin worse. Last year I hit the worst point – my face was literally burning. It’s very good now, though not just thanks to treatment. First and foremost, I took care of my gut – large doses of probiotics, no acids, peels, fluids, or ointments from random dermatologists. SPF 50 or 100 only when there’s actually a lot of sun exposure. An anti-inflammatory diet, lots of vitamins (especially A, E, and B vitamins), minerals, omega-3 and 6. I apply vitamins A and E, and squalane to my face. On top of that, deworming, antifungal treatment, and barrier repair. In my skincare I keep it to a minimum – the day cream from Acnerose works best for me. Light, soothing, my skin doesn’t rebel after it.
