·1 year agoGenerally, there’s no need to soak it in the bath, I just buy Psorisel liquid, gently rub it into the scalp with a cotton pad, and leave it on for a few hours.

·1 year agoPsorisel shampoo In my opinion, the best. It improved my skin condition and eliminated itching. I tested many others, and they didn’t help nearly as well.

·1 year agoTar-based ones are very good, although after some time I stopped using them because I couldn’t get used to their smell 🙂
Then I switched to Psorisel, very good and smells nice.

·1 year agoI use Psorisel, the shampoo is over the counter, you can find it in pharmacies, for example here: https://www.superpharm.pl/verdelove-psorisel-szampon-na-luszczyce-skory-glowy-176197 . It helps me, at least there’s no scaling and it doesn’t itch as much.
