A lot of people regret not planning enough storage space or not thinking about good natural light in the interior. I’m wondering what standard Tadeks delivers their prefab houses in. Is the developer standard already advanced enough that you can quickly start with finishing work? I’m looking at the projects on their Tadeks prefabricated houses page and I hope the quality of the finishing work there is at a very high level.
I wouldn’t do three things: tiles all over the bottom floor, unfortunately—if there’s no heating, tiles are cold. Glass railings on stairs are a nightmare; they’re constantly dirty because kids leave handprints, face prints, lick the glass, spit on them—it looks awful. I also don’t recommend balconies, completely useless.
