·6 months agoThe most important thing is the floor load capacity - for a warehouse with racking you need at least 5 tons/m2, better 7-8 tons. Minimum usable height of 10m so high-bay racks can fit. Loading docks with the right spacing, typically every 15-20m. Roof skylights for natural light save electricity. Roof slopes of at least 5% for water drainage. Ground-level entrances without stairs.
