Trapezoidal sheet metal with felt — is it worth it?
Hi, I’m considering using trapezoidal sheet metal with felt for roofing. Does anyone here have any experience with this? I’d like to know whether this solution would work on my roof. I’m mainly wondering whether it really does a better job of reducing noise and what the costs are compared to other types of sheet metal. I’ve heard it may have some advantages, but is it actually worth spending the money on?

·1 year agoHey, I have a similar question, because I'm wondering about this solution myself. From what I've heard, trapezoidal sheet metal with felt really helps reduce noise, especially during rain. And the sheet metal itself with this felt has better thermal insulation properties, so I think it may work well in houses that are a bit older or don't have great insulation. As for the price, it's true, it's a bit more expensive than regular sheet metal, but if someone is counting on savings in the long run, it might pay off. In any case, if you want, you can check out this model that’s on this page https://pokrycia.pl/blacha-trapezowa/blachy-trapezowa-z-powloka-antykondensacyjna. For me, after some time of use, it seems like it was worth it, but it depends on the conditions.

·1 year agoAll in all, private label is an interesting option, because it lets you offer products under your own brand without having to deal with production. Usually, it works like this: you partner with a company that manufactures the product, and you put your own label on it. It’s a good solution, because you don’t have to worry about all the logistics of production, storage, or transport. You just choose the product, add your brand, and sell it under your own name. It definitely gives you a lot of flexibility, because you can adapt the offer to the market and easily respond to customer needs. Besides, it’s becoming more and more popular in e-commerce. From what I can see, many people start this way because the initial investment isn’t big. The only downside is that you don’t have control over the quality of production, so it’s worth choosing the manufacturer carefully. But overall, if you handle it well, it can be a good idea.
