Are height-adjustable desks (electric and manual) actually comfortable for work? I'm thinking about buying one, but I've heard they can be pretty unstable.

·9 months agoI have experience with both — electric and manual. The adjustment itself is great, especially if you spend a big part of the day at a desk, because you can change positions and take the strain off your spine. However, it’s true that not all models are stable — some can “wobble” while you’re working, especially if the tabletop is larger or the desk doesn’t have a sturdy construction.
Although better models are more expensive, considering that you realistically spend a large part of your life at a desk, it’s often worth paying extra so it’s comfortable and solid.
