·1 year agoFor me, AD was made worse by cocomidopropyl betaine, an ingredient in many shampoos. Since I started using shampoo without that ingredient, I haven't had a single flare-up. Regular scalp exfoliation with an enzyme peel and absolutely never going to bed with wet hair.
