Bank account statement
Hi, I sold a jacket on eBay. The funds from the sale were withheld during data verification. I sent my passport and that went through. They also asked for a bank statement and I sent it, but today I received information that the verification did not pass and I have to do it again. On my mBank statement, only my bank’s company logo and my first and last name appear, but there is no address on it. How can I resolve this problem

·1 year agoI’ve had the same problem for nearly two weeks.
Even though I’ve submitted the pdf file from my bank multiple times, my account still hasn’t been verified.
