Improved features in Order Details

Thanks to the new features in Order Details, you now have access in one place, from Seller Hub or My eBay, to all information about a given sale transaction.
We’re introducing the latest changes based on sellers’ comments and feedback in order to comprehensively improve selling processes.
Check out what’s new:
- In Seller Hub and My eBay, you can check sales revenue information (for each order) after deducting taxes and fees
- Access to Order Details on all devices
- Information on whether buyers have already made a purchase from you within the last 2 years
- The ability to print shipping labels, order confirmations, coupons, address labels, and other order information
- Improved Add tracking number and Leave feedback features
- The ability to quickly add your own notes to each order
- Updated Authenticity Guarantee status tracking feature (on eBay CA, COM, DE, UK)
The new features in Order Details are now available on every device via Seller Hub > Orders or My eBay > Sold.
