From April 1 this year, we’re updating the rules for refunds of sales commissions and order fees in the event of transaction cancellations and refunds. When you send a buyer a partial refund, you’ll receive a proportional refund of the sales commission. In addition, when a buyer cancels a transaction or when you voluntarily issue a full refund, we’ll refund you the full order fee.
