We are updating our Payment Terms of Service
Summary: pl_news_team from the eBay team announced updates to their Payment Services Terms, effective July 8, 2026. The changes aim to make the terms clearer and more organized for easier reading and understanding. Users who do not agree with the new terms can terminate the agreement any time before the implementation date, according to Section 10 of the agreement. eBay expresses gratitude for its users' continued support.
As eBay, we make every effort to ensure that our policies are clear and our services are easy to use. Please note that we are updating our Payment Services Terms, which will take effect on July 8, 2026.
We are making changes to the Payment Services Terms to better describe the payment services we offer you. We have rewritten them primarily to clarify and organize the existing terms so that they are easier to read and understand.
If you do not agree to the proposed changes, you may terminate the Payment Services Terms in accordance with Section 10 (“Term, termination of the agreement”) at any time before July 8, 2026.
