Is it worth installing or an unnecessary expense?
I should mention that heat recovery ventilation will be installed!

And what does one have to do with the other? Air conditioning cools, while heat recovery ventilation airs things out.
Is it worth it? I guess you have to answer that for yourself. For me, it is.
