Returns from abroad
Where do you buy return labels for international returns, e.g. from the UK or Germany, because eBay doesn’t provide them, but requires you to give them to the buyer and they don’t say where to buy them, since they still aren’t available on eBay.pl. Please advise

·1 year agoDo you refund import fees when a buyer returns an item, e.g. from England, who claims it doesn’t match the description and incurred such fees when receiving the parcel? I’m ignoring the fact that this mismatch with the description is untrue, but what difference does that make if the buyer is supported by eBay anyway and even got a refund without my consent and without returning the product, because I didn’t provide a return label, I didn’t know where to get one, and eBay didn’t write what to do. How do you defend yourself against people like this who exploit the eBay system to get things for free

·1 year agoThe seller is at a disadvantage, unfortunately, and defending against dishonest buyers is impossible or very difficult.
what the seller can do:
not sell to users with little history
not sell to high-risk countries
not sell anything they can’t afford to lose
set the delivery time with a safety margin
send only with a tracking number
