Good morning.
A few minutes ago I posted this question on the discussion forum, but I think this is a better place for it. I have this little problem.
For the first time I have to refund money for an item that the buyer wants to send back to me. I already accepted the return, and then the following options appeared to me:
- Upload your own label
- Confirm you sent a label
- Confirm funds have been provided for a return shipping label or helped the buyer to return in another way
Please help, because I don't know what I'm supposed to do next... Am I supposed to send my own shipping label to the buyer who is returning the item to me?
Thank you and best regards.

·3 years agoYou can refund through PayPal if you know his email address.
You can also, if he allows it, make a partial refund from eBay funds from this transaction.
I haven't tried it, but apparently, in some countries, you can buy a shipping label

·3 years agoChoose that third option, especially if the shipping is going abroad. It’ll be easier for you. Refund the buyer for shipping
