Total shipping cost - how to set it?

Good morning

How do I set a combined shipping cost for several different items? Or at least the option to ask the buyer for the total shipping cost before paying? Right now, people are paying too much and I have to refund them. And I keep wondering how many customers such shipping has put off?

ake sure combined invoices are enabled on your account. How to check:

On the Shipping settings — opens in a new window or tab page, select Edit next to the Allow combined payments and combined shipping field.
Select the period during which you want to combine payments for purchased items and select Save.

Then you can send the buyer a combined invoice. To do this on the My eBay page:

Go to Orders - opens in a new window or tab.
Select the items you want to combine on one invoice.
Add a new shipping charge.
In the Actions menu, select Send invoice.

To issue a combined invoice in Seller Hub:

Go to Orders - opens in a new window or tab.
Select the boxes next to the orders that are to be combined.
Select Send invoice for the selected orders.
