Rule change: eBay payouts only in Euro in Poland

As for eBay, just a month ago I reported that in Poland you could withdraw in the sales currency. That was what eBay announced in the new financial management terms.
Recently, at an unknown exact time, the payout rule was changed without warning. I quote the eBay rules found today
"Can I use different currencies for payouts and settlements?
When you use our payment services, selling fees, costs, and charges are deducted from your proceeds in the payout currency before the payout is sent. Your payouts will be made in euros. You must settle any outstanding amounts shown on the invoices you receive in the current settlement currency.
When we start processing payments for you, any unpaid invoice balances will after 90 days be converted to your payout currency at the base exchange rate and deducted from your proceeds.
If your settlement currency is different from your payout currency, we recommend changing your settlement currency so that it matches your payout currency before you even start using payment services. You can change the settlement currency via My eBay > Seller Account."
I’ll also add that it seems that right now, to change the currency, you need to have an account in that currency and then remove the account linked to eBay - then eBay will ask for a new account.
As for support from eBay, it’s best via chat or Facebook

·5 years agoHas anyone managed to add an account and get past:
"Your payouts will be suspended until you update your account details. Update your information to avoid further restrictions. Update your account details."
Changing details, sending documents, chatting via the chat doesn't help.
Any tried-and-true idea?
