Hello,
I set up an eBay account a year ago. I tried several times to list an ad, but every time I had a 250 PLN limit. So I wrote them an email asking to change the limit. The limit was changed, and that very same day I received a message about verification. I completed the verification and got another message asking me to confirm the purchase of the item and a utility bill, which I also sent, and in response I received a message that my account is being blocked. Is there any chance my account could be restored? The only reason that comes to mind is that I listed an item and added the address in the USA (because the item was there and I wanted to send it from there through an intermediary). Could my account have been blocked for this, and is there any point in fighting to get it unblocked?
